On Saturday June 2nd the IAM team completed our most significant migration to the Cloud yet by moving our IAM ID Registry (600 GB) to Amazon Web Services.  All applications have been repointed to the cloud and testing has been completed on all systems.  This migration effort has been over a year in the making and the smooth migration June 1-2 would not have been possible without the superb partnership of both the IAM technical teams and customers from across the University.

All import and export files have been run manually and the data is available for your use.  In addition, all informatica syncs are up and running and all maestro jobs are back to their normal schedule. We successfully migrated 21 data customers, 3 informatica data sync customers (IDCard, DS and PACS), 19 XML data customers and 7 major applications (Midas, HK SS, XID Apps, Connections, Phonebook,Identity API and Sailpoint IIQ) and ad two critical services (Maestro and Batch admin).

If you experience any difficulties your xml import or exports, we are happy to work with you to get your connection working please email iam_help@harvard.edu to open a ServiceNow ticket in the IAM queue with your request.
